Welcome to Concept Construction Consultants Limited; a Building Surveying and Project Management practice based in London and able to provide a full range of technical surveying services across the UK. Our clients range from major funds (one with a portfolio valued at almost £1 bn) to smaller private clients. Regardless of the project size and complexity the same level of care is exercised to ensure our service is delivered in a clear; timely and professional manner.
Clarity
This is our first objective; to fully understand the strategy behind our instruction and our client’s goals and to provide the service with as much clarity as possible without jargon and confusion.
Timeliness
This is our second objective. Many of our services have their own urgency dictated by legislation; notwithstanding these requirements, it is our objective to visit a premises of concern within 36 hours of instruction, whenever practicable. We understand the need to move quickly and give clear and timely advice.
Professional
The key surveying staff are all Chartered Surveyors and Architects or in the case of graduates, working towards the same. Our services are provided to the exacting standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
