Michael graduated in the Mid 1970’s with a BSc (Hons) Economics & Politics and spent 18 years as Head of Property Lending with Bank Leumi (UK) plc.

Reporting to the CEO of Concept Construction Consultants Limited, James qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2003 and has over 20 years’ experience of working predominantly within the private sector providing professional advice across a broad range of surveying disciplines on behalf of private individuals to corporate organisations. James started working at Concept Construction Consultants in July 2016 to build upon his experience in offering a first class service to clients to help maintain and enhance their property portfolio.
