Project co-ordinators and Employer’s agent roles occupy a central role in the development process, driving the successful completion of projects. Typically, Project co-ordinators will be appointed at the beginning of a project and will assist the client in developing the project brief and then selecting, appointing and coordinating the project team. He or she will then usually represent the client throughout the full development process managing the inputs from the client, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Development monitoring is carried out on behalf of investors, such as fund managers, to inform them of risks associated with a project. Their role is to provide advice on risk and return on a financial investment. Without an understanding of the risk and the overall risk/reward relationship attached to transactions, poor decisions may arise that can ultimately underline your business performance.
